Job Description

SPEECH/LANGUAGE PATHOLOGISTSaskatchewan Rivers Public School Division is inviting applications for a Speech/LanguagePathologist (SLP).Saskatchewan Rivers is a blend of 33 rural and urban schools with approximately 9 000 students.As a member of our Inclusive Learning Team, the successful candidate will collaborate withother SLPs and education professionals to provide a broad range of speech and languagesupports in response to student needs.Applicants must possess a Master’s degree in Speech/Language Pathology and must be eligiblefor membership in SASLPA and licensing in Saskatchewan. Applicants must also be eligible fora Saskatchewan Teacher’s Certificate. Salary as per Provincial Teachers Salary Grid.Successful candidates must possess the following:

  • the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, inter-professional team environment
  • the ability to contribute to the development of individualized educational programs for
students requiring intensive supports
  • the ability to contribute to the development of a speech/language program
  • the flexibility to work in education’s ever changing learning environments
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
