Job Description

Job DescriptionRoleamp; ResponsibilitiesPrimary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Handle mutual fund and life insurance administration tasks, including completing client transactions, registrations, and data entry with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Provide timely administrative support to the wealth management team by managing and organizing client documentation, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal standards and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for client meetings and follow-up documentation to ensure a positive client experience
  • Generate and distribute reports to support the wealth management team’s client reviews, portfolio updates, and strategic planning
  • Assist with conducting research and data gathering to help Wealth Advisors in developing financial strategies and recommendations for clients
  • Ensure that all sales, service delivery, and operational activities meet legislative, regulatory, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate and manage appointment scheduling, and assess client needs to make appropriate referrals to subject matter experts
  • Proactively identify and uncover client needs, including accepting transactions and trade requests (within scope of position)
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as needed
