Job Description

Are you organized and able to multi-task Do you enjoy working independently If you’ve answered yes, then we would love to hear from you!Executive Aviation is an established provider of Commercial Ground Services, FBO’s and GSE Maintenance with a legacy of consistent commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate would have fantastic people skills, office administrative skills, and an uncanny ability to make things happen. You would also be working closely with the fuel agent team to help enter in fuel orders, and ensure that paperwork is completed, done accurately, and filed away. This could also include coordinating fueling of aircrafts and extra services that may be requested by our clients and visitors. Our ideal candidate for this role, would be someone who is very detail-oriented, and good with time management. Someone who is friendly, organized, a strong communicator and process driven.The position would be a full-time position.Responsibilities;

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our guests, pilots and fuel clients
  • Answering the phone lines and emails in a courteous manner, transferring calls appropriately
  • Processing payments, using our POS system, for ramp services, day-to-day transactions, and issuing receipts as necessary
  • Managing our local stationary inventories and office supplies
  • Various accounting tasks such as reconciling payments, as needed
  • Providing overall administrative support
  • Maintaining fuel and accounting files and documents
Qualifications;
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Office experience would be considered an asset
  • Great attention to detail and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Must have valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle to get too and from work
