You’ll handle front desk operations, answer calls, manage administrative tasks, and support various departments with efficiency and enthusiasm.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. If you have strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for making a great first impression, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle general inquiries.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and common areas.
  • Assist with scheduling, booking meetings, and coordinating conference rooms.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring necessary stock is available.
  • Assist with event coordination and internal communications as needed.
  • Support Finance team with clerical tasks as required.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office technology.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Friendly, approachable, and able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive and team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist where needed.
