This is a safety focused production job making fence posts for shipment across Canada, the Western USA and overseas.work is full time, year round. No split shifts, and workers are never sent home for breakdowns. The work is physical and includes operating and working around machinery. Must be able to lift 50 lbs, work outside and show up every day sober and on time.We work 4 - 10 hour shifts Monday to Thursday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, except for heat of the summer when we run from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm. Some Friday overtime is available. You get two 15 minute coffee breaks and one half hour lunch break. You must bring your own steel toed boots, but we supply everything else. Carpooling may be possible if you do not have a car and/or license.Pay starts at $17/hour. After 3 months probation pay increases to $18/hour and you receive group benefits including health spending account and life insurance.
