Before the box arrives at your door, a diverse team of talented people works on it, from head office to the kitchen counter.We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to manage our restaurants in the Quebec City area, driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.Responsibilities:

• Participate in opening and managing new stores.
• Help employees establish exceptional customer service.
• Ensure the presentation of safe food products to customers.
• Manage staff relations, including recruiting staff; evaluating performance; participating in growth and development; providing coaching and training ofpolicies and procedures.
• Lead by example by presenting a professional image at all times.
• Provide weekly reports of the store budget, daily inventory of stock
• increase sales to meet revenue targets; ensure that all labor costs are within budget.
• Maintain high company standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
• Perform minor maintenance work, as needed.
• Seek opportunities for the restaurant to participate in community events.
• Maintain food product inventory levels deemed acceptable for sales volumes.
• Provide a pleasant work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, training or operations.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) and computer skills.
• A valid class 5 driver #39;s license is essential
• Conscientious and profitability-oriented approach.
• Multi-unit experience, ideally with a background in restaurant openings or training
• Willingness to work a 50-hour week, including evenings and weekends and holidays.
• Ability to meet deadlines through effective time management.
• Desire to constantly take on challenges to foster personal growth.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and French is an asset.
• Based in Quebec City.
