Job Description

NORTH ISLAND NISSAN is looking for a Customer Experience Manager to join our team in our busy dealership. Responsibilities:

  • Managing and supporting the customer experience in Sales and Service
  • Administrative duties such as reporting and filing
  • Inventory Management
  • Engaging with customers while they are on site
  • Reception duties when required
Requirements:
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Friendly and engaging personality
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Hours:The hours are full time Monday-Friday; 9am-5pmWage:Starting @ $21 per hour plus monthly bonusesBenefits:

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Position is in Campbell River, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
  • Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)
