Job Description

  • Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome.
  • Make appropriate decisions on behalf of the customer quickly and effectively
  • Effectively prioritize work to ensure efficiency

Analytical Skills
  • Critical thinker and ability to exercise independent judgment Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Required to abide by all applicable regulatory and department practices and procedures
Computer Skills
  • Familiarity with multiple browsers, multiple tabs, window navigation and instant messenger tools
  • Fluency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office tools
Specialists receive ongoing training and development to enrich their skills and build a career at Chase.Training Schedule:Formal paid training will take place. You must be available to attend virtual training for the first 4-6 weeks Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm/ET.Work Schedule:Work schedules will vary depending on business needs. Schedule requires availability and flexibility during business hours, after hours, weekends and holidays.Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of customer interaction or customer support experience strongly preferred, either by phone or face to face.
  • Must be willing to work in an environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction.
  • Proficiency with basic computer functions including mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications, conducting searches on the Internet, and maneuvering in a Windows-based environment strongly preferred.
  • Must be BILINGUAL English - French
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
This position is 100% WORK FROM HOME in Alberta and Manitoba - CANADA.Prerequisite for HOME BASED SPECIALISTS:
  • Must have access to a cable broadband service provider
  • Must have a secure work area thats noise-free, behind a closed door and away from windows and security cameras
  • Must agree to ongoing home inspections with a minimum of a 15 minute notice for in-home inspections, and no prior notice for virtual inspections
  • Must have a working fire extinguisher (employee provided)
