If you are detail oriented, take pride in a job well done, enjoy working independently while being part of a team, this role is for you!Responsibilities:Ensure the health, comfort and safety of our CustomersEnsure daily communication with all site AssociatesClean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and any other common areas as requiredClean vacant suites and other suite touch-ups as requiredTouch-up painting as requiredInterior and exterior garbage pick-up as requiredSnow removalEnsure proper and accurate inventory managementEnsure all equipment is working and being maintained properlyComplete other tasks assigned by the LeaderExperience and Educational Requirements:2 years Cleaning Experience preferredTechnical Requirements:Working knowledge of English both verbal and written (French for Quebec Associates)Familiarity with computer tablets is an assetNon-Technical Requirements:Strong commitment to providing excellent customer serviceDedicated to building better communities for all our Customers and surrounding communitiesAbility to take responsibility for all actions and decisions and to follow through until a resolution is obtainedStrong planning and organizational skills coupled with ability to multi-task and prioritizeExcellent time-management skillsAbility to work independently (self managed) and with other Associates in a team environmentAbility to learn quickly, adapt to change and be flexible in natureDisplays a high level of initiative and commitment to excellenceDemonstrates a positive attitude, enthusiasm and assertivenessAbility to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, liftingAbility to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipmentInterested applicants are invited to submit a cover letter and resume.We would like to thank you in advance for your application, however, only those candidates who are being considered will be contacted.
