Job Description

The team:The Digital Business Solution (DBS) team is responsible for the support, evolution and implementation of new business solutions across the company. As part of a major digital transformation, we own a portfolio of projects and initiatives covering a large variety of applications and fields of expertise (ERP, CRM, custom made applications, Business Intelligence, etc.).As a Dynamics 365 Administrator, you will join a large and diverse team that is central to the ability for the company to do business. You will interact with application administrators, software developers, security experts and business stakeholders to ensure we support operations and improve the experience of our users. You will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and D365 for Finance and Operations.We will work with you to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding, leveraging the expertise of your fellow team members and the support of your leadership: we want to make it a win for all of us!What your day will look like:

  • Manage and control cloud environments for these business applications such as backup/restore and refresh data across environments
  • Review, maintain and audit the security, access, and data integrity of the systems
  • Perform application maintenance and scheduled updates, service capacity planning, native feature management, and manage licensing
  • Partner with the development team to deploy new code within the D365 CRM, Logic Apps and D365 FO platforms
  • Evaluate, recommend, and integrate additional technology tools/add-ons for applications and systems to meet business requirements and objectives
  • Contribute to and maintain internal knowledge base articles
  • Participate in automating tasks and testing the systems following DevOps best practices
  • Provide Level 3 support to end users
About you:
  • Bachelors degree in software engineering, or equivalent
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, F&O configurations, development and integration of customization, reporting, dashboards, web resources, and the security model
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate and Power BI
  • Experience with Databases such as Microsoft SQL Server
  • Experience creating requirements, testing and detailing business processes
  • Understanding of cloud ecosystem of Microsoft Azure, AWS or similar
  • Strong ability to communicate and collaborate efficiently (French & English)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to share knowledge and document resolutions
  • Ability to manage multiple moving pieces with creative problem-solving, time management, prioritization, and decision-making skills
Great if you have:
  • Knowledge in Microsoft D365
  • Experience with systems and applications administration
  • Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving in an operational context
  • Ability to trouble shoot, identify root cause, and resolve complex issues
  • Knowledge in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of automation and scripting
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, processes, and tools (ex.: JIRA) Ability to work independently as well as within a team
