Together we deliver exceptional experiences to our over 2 million daily customers.The Customer Experience Representative must ensure effective interaction with customers, staff and suppliers, and is committed to providing exceptional, professional and courteous service at all times.Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek opportunities to create excellent exchanges with customers, assist them and provide impeccable service;
  • Have knowledge of the shops and services of the center as well as the promotional activities that take place there;
  • Always keep eye contact with customers unless you have to perform a task where it is impossible to do so;
  • Assist customers by giving them information/orientation, answering their questions on site, on the phone and via the SMS messaging service;
  • Perform the sale of center gift cards, including end-of-day reports and cash balancing at the end of the shift;
  • Perform all other services mandated by customer service (loan of wheelchairs, etc.);
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the equipment that is loaned to customers as well as their workplace;
  • All other related tasks related to the position.
Qualifications:
  • Positive attitude;
  • Ability to demonstrate to provide exceptional customer service;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, merchants, management center, suppliers and all center staff;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multi-task while maintaining a high professional level;
  • Friendly approach and solution-oriented;
  • Computer knowledge suitable for the position;
  • Be organized and have the ability to prioritize;
  • To be punctual;
  • Ability to work in a team and respect the established hierarchy;
  • Functional English required.
Labor conditions:
  • Work schedule: Depending on the malls operating hours, 20 to 37.5 hours/week depending on availability;
  • Ability to stand during work hours;
  • Designated parking for free employees.
