JOB ROLE:Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.1st level support requires initial contact for all support queries.Escalate Support calls to 2nd and 3rd Level team members.Install, and support new computer hardware and software.Assist with on site and project level work.Assist with Network configuration and support.Follow up with customers to ensure logged calls have been resolve or escalated.Check customers Backups and Anti-Virus protection on a routine basis.TECHNICAL ABILITIES:Microsoft Windows Operating System platforms including current versions. Desktop version and basic Server versions.Microsoft Office 365 setup and support.Basic Network, Router, Wireless and Firewall knowledge.POSITION REQUIRMENTS :Quick Learner with minimal supervision.Logical trouble shooting processes used.Punctual.Time aware and the ability to escalate calls.Strong communication skills.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePart-time hours: 25 per weekSalary: $27.00-$31.00 per hourSchedule:
