Through the commitment and inventiveness of its people, Air Liquide leverages energy and environment transition, changes in healthcare and digitization, and delivers greater value to all its stakeholders.Missions and ResponsibilitiesWe are currently looking for an IT Project Sourcing Specialist who will work closely with IT Teams (Infrastructure and applications), provide IT Procurement support to IT Teams both in infrastructure and applications projects.He will be the point of entry between teams in Europe and the Americas and be aware of on-going or upcoming IT Projects to share information within the IT Procurement team.The incumbent will have to make sure that all sourcing projects are in line with the relevant category strategy at the time of the project sourcing strategy (Gate 1) ,solution and vendor recommendation (Gate 2).SoftwareTelecomEnd User Services (Devices, Managed Printing Services and Service Desk)Outsourcing (Infrastructure + Application Maintenance & Development)Your challenge at Air LiquideProvides Sourcing support in IT ProjectsProvides IT procurement expertiseusing the sourcing methodology (Procurement Toolbox) i.e. based on a cross-functional core team approach (IT, Procurement, Business) as well as IT category “Golden Rules”in Request of Proposal (RFP) package inputin leading the RFP process and Spot negotiation (From need to contract)Provides necessary level of information to CIO Office and attends to the Project Review, when the project is delegated to the BIS /Cluster.Works collaboratively with Americas Procurement Direction, Key IT Stakeholders and Americas Clusters.Meets with key IT key stakeholders routinely and proactively identifies sourcing and contract value opportunities.Leverages market intelligence from IT Global Procurement and Hub Americas to evaluate, negotiate, and manage annual price fluctuations.Partner with Legal to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures, both internal and external, to Air Liquide.Manages contract life-cycle for main Agreements within the area of responsibility.Develop relationships with IT key customers to understand their service and implement strategies in alignment with IT to maximize savings.Captures list of IT projects to come on a monthly basis and makes sure that the IT Procurement needs are covered.Competencies and ProfileExperience and EducationEducation: Bachelor degree in Business/Engineering, or equivalent. A Master degree will be a plus.Experience : 8 to 10 years with a minimum of 5 Years in IT Procurement in an international company preferably and a 3 to 5 years experience in project managementKnowledge: Financial Knowledge (Supplier financial analysis…) and a great communication skills (written and oral) in French and in EnglishAdditional informationTechnical Skills:Strong IT Procurement, IT and Legal knowledge => Candidates will have to deeply detail their previous experience in negotiating and contractualization of SaaS, PaaS, AMD, Telecom (data and voice), Devices and IT Services...Strong knowledge of IT Supplier baseMaturity in Project Management Methodology (PMO, Procurement Toolbox = sourcing methodology). Here again candidates will be requested to detail RFP Sourcing process experience in Telecom, licenses, SaaS, Cloud (PaaS, IaaS..), AMD, IT services, Devices, printing...Negotiations techniques.
