Do you have experience working on multiple levels of production on different game genres BKOM Studios is looking for a lead 3D artist to develop various game IPs for the PC and console markets. You want to put your knowledge to good use and be a resource in our team of artists Come join our team of passionate people! Advise the team of 3D artists in the production process; Act as a coach and mentor to his/her team; Collaborate with management to make recommendations and decisions regarding all artwork; Assist in the 3D production documentation processes; Promote a culture of healthy and constructive criticism within the team; Influence technical and aesthetic processes to achieve the vision; Build a learning environment within the art team and implement artistic research processes. Profil Minimum of 4 published titles; 6+ years of leadership experience in AA and/or AAA games; In-depth knowledge of all artistic disciplines including, characters, animation, environments, visual effects, lighting and rendering; Proficiency in tools such as Maya (or equivalent), Zbrush and Substance Painter; Experience creating environments in Unity or Unreal; Be creative and able to adapt to different art styles; Excellent communication skills and ability to visualize and communicate ideas; Demonstrate good organizational and time management skills; Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; Quality portfolio that showcases personal and project-based artistic achievements.
