Job Description

:Marchandiseur GénéralMosaic recherche des ouvriers pour travailler avec un détaillant connu du domaine de l’alimentation. Vous serez appelés à vous déplacer dans de diverses épiceries de la région de Montréal/Ville de Québec. Ceci est un poste à TEMPS PLEIN PERMANENT !Ce que nous offrons

  • Horaire du lundi au jeudi (6h-14h) + déplacement
  • 35h/semaine - avec possibilité de faire du 40h au besoin
  • Un salaire annuel stable et garanti
  • 3 semaines de vacances par année
  • Une prime d’embauche de 500.00$
  • Aucun travail le soir et la fin de semaine
  • Compensation pour votre km et temps de déplacement rémunéré
  • Frais de voyage et dépenses sont couverts à 100% par l’entreprise
  • Montant forfaitaire de 50$ par jour pour les repas

Exigences du poste
  • Avoir un véhicule et un permis de conduire valide
  • Être à l’aise à se pencher, s’agenouiller, soulever des charges et être debout
  • Expérience en vente au détail
  • Compréhension du français (parlé et écrit)

  • Vider les tablettes
  • Modifier la hauteur des tablettes en fonction des plans fournis
  • Placer les produits en tablette en suivant un ordre précis
  • Effectuer la rotation des produits
  • Placer les étiquettes de prix sur les tablettes
  • Compiler les rapports de visite de son équipe
  • Guider une équipe de 10 personnes en magasin
  • Capacité de travailler en équipe
  • Toute autres tâches connexes
General Requirements:
  • Prior success in a merchandising, retail, or customer service role preferred, however transferable experience will be openly considered
  • Highly organized, detailed, and able to manage time effectively
  • Must be very comfortable working with technology.
  • Physically able to lift, bend, kneel and stand for extended periods
  • Able to work a variable schedule.
Technical Requirements:
  • 24 hour/7 days a week computer access, printer, wireless capabilities recommended
  • Strong computer skills utilizing the Internet, email and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Capable of utilizing the latest in tablet technology for data collection and reporting (training will be provided)
  • Ability to complete online training and attend conference calls as required
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a car
