He/She will be producing in depth analysis for multiple market verticals that are part of Optel Group’s Vision and Strategy.ResponsibilitiesProduce thorough market analysis in each of Optel Group’s current and future market verticals, managing all aspects of marketing research projects including identifying objectives, designing methodology, creating questionnaires or polls, implementing, and analyzing research and reporting results;Produce and maintain in depth competitive analysis containing competitors’ positioning, strategies, market shares, financial information, etc.;Collaborate with Product Managers and Solution Managers and with the marketing team in the production of SWOT (Strengths – Weaknesses – Opportunities – Threats);Support Product Managers and Solution Managers in the production of business cases, Go-To-Markets, launches, etc.;Monitor and understand industries’ trends, standards and regulations;Contribute, in collaboration with Product Managers and Solutions Managers in the creation of sales and revenues forecasts, market share, etc.;Collaborate with Exploration department to elaborate high level market analysis for emerging opportunitiesRequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Administration, Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience;Minimum of three years experience;Ability to learn, articulate, market and support complex solutions and products;Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and complete projects with tight deadlinesAbility to think and act strategically;Willingness to take initiatives and drive them autonomously;Must be strongly customer-oriented;Good written & oral communications skills;Good presentation skills;Good interpersonal skills;English proficiency, oral and written;French knowledge is a plus; "You will work on products that can truly change the world.” – Elie-Anne, Interaction Designer
