Together we deliver exceptional experiences to our over 2 million daily customers.Reporting to the Marketing Manager Galeries de la Capitale, QC, you will be part of an inspiring marketing team and brand builders who collaborate and execute industry-leading initiatives.As a member of the team, your responsibilities and tasks include:Duties:Contribute to the planning of annual marketing communications for Galeries de la Capitale, Mega Parc and Galeries Gourmandes;Participate in the development and ensure the execution of a detailed action plan for each initiative deployed (including budget monitoring);Design and implement communication plans and advertising campaigns in a 360 vision;Contribute to the development and execution of events, promotions, contests and activations;Ensure all production follow-ups (advertising and/or various needs);Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives under his responsibility and make recommendations;Assist the rental team specializing in the ideation and implementation of activations, promotions, experiential marketing within the center;Collaborate with the digital marketing specialist in the development of digital actions and the development of the annual content strategy;Ensure a global vision of the ecosystems/point of contact as well as the digital experience of the Galeries de la Capitale (signage, permanent display, SAC, web, screens, terminals, social media);Contribute to the strategic thinking of brand positioning and tourism development initiatives; Maintain excellent relationships with various partners, agencies, sponsors and media;Ensure compliance with the standards for use of the Galeries de la Capitale brand image;Contribute to press relations actions.Others:Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices;Identify opportunities to enhance the experience;Prepare various reports; Attend weekly marketing meetings;Ensure good communications with Oxford and/or colleagues at other properties;Perform any other task deemed relevant by the Marketing Manager.Requirements:5+ years of experience in the field of marketing, communications or any other experience deemed relevant University degree in marketing (advertising or public relations) or other relevant fieldRetail and shopping center experience an assetStrong ability to identify new opportunities to generate relevant consumer experiencesA creative thinker who prioritizes a global vision of the company An understanding of social media and content trends to drive engagementGreat ability to develop positive relationships while prioritizing the centers clienteleAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and problem solve while maintaining a positive, professional attitude and managing conflictExcellent problem-solving skills and great resourcefulnessExcellent written and verbal skillsEffective time management and a great sense of organization High level of competence in budget management and event managementBilingualOur story:Oxford Properties Group (“Oxfordâ€) is a leading global real estate investor, asset manager and business builder.
