Summary: Onix is currently seeking a passionate, engaging and motivated individual to fill a position in the role of Salesforce Data/Reporting Analyst. This person will help to lead the ongoing development of reporting and analytics from our Salesforce environment that includes Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and FinancialForce. A successful candidate will have strong technical and data management skills as well as a good understanding of data structure and business processes. This individual should have a strong track record of executing well on daily tasks and have experience in importing, exporting, cleaning, transforming, validating, and modeling within the Salesforce.com environment. This candidate will also have a record of success in leveraging relevant Salesforce data in key executive KPI dashboards both internal and external to the Salesforce environment. The analyst will work closely with a Salesforce administrator, functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes including Marketing, Sales, Finance, Order Management, and our core program business processes.Location: Remote-Nationwide, Remote-Ontario, Remote-QuebecScope/Level of Decision Making: This is a position responsible for driving the data and operational needs of Onix as a whole as it relates to Salesforce. In this position, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing a reporting environment to meet business requirements, ensuring that Salesforce data is properly represented in internal and external KPI dashboards, and establishing and maintaining data quality requirements. You’ll work with Sales and other Onix teams to ensure that the accurate information is going into Salesforce and that processes are being followed. As needed, you’ll work on projects and other initiatives being deployed within the Sales, back office teams, and other users of Salesforce.Primary Responsibilities:The Salesforce Data/Reporting Analyst is responsible for ensuring that correct processes are being followed and that a level of governance is consistent across all Onix teams within Salesforce. In this role, you will be responsible for Salesforce and other connected tools as well as how those tools integrate with each other. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of these tools, creating reports/dashboards with them and providing overall support.
