Overview:English version will followLe Centre de santé Tulattavik de L’Ungava est situé à Kuujjuaq. Il dispense l’ensemble des services de santé et services sociaux dans la partie est du Nunavik. Il dessert sept communautés Inuites avec autant de CLSC, un centre pour personnes âgées et un centre hospitalier à Kuujjuaq. Il emploie environ 1,000 employés : administrateurs, professionnels, médecins, dentistes, psychologues, infirmiers, travailleurs sociaux, personnel de soutien, employés occasionnels, etc.Les communautés du Nunavik sont situées au nord du 55e parallèle où prévaut un climat subarctique. Il entraîne l’existence d’un pergélisol et ne permet aucune agriculture. Le Nunavik est la plus grande région couvrant environ le tiers de la superficie globale du Québec. Aucune liaison routière n’existe entre les communautés du Nunavik et le Québec méridional, ni entre les communautés du Nunavik elles-mêmes. On a accès à cette région et à ses communautés que par avion et par bateau.Responsibilities:Protection de la Jeunesse – Évaluation-Orientation -KuujjuaqSTATUT : Poste permanent à temps complet (35 heures/semaine)SUPÉRIEUR IMMÉDIAT : Adjointe à la directrice de la DPJDÉBUT DE LEMPLOI : Dès que possibleFONCTIONS :Personne qui, sous l’autorité de l’adjointe à la directrice de la protection de la jeunesse, fait la supervision clinique régulière du personnel de la direction de la protection de la jeunesse. Tient des rencontres de supervision clinique : supervision individuelle et supervision de groupe au besoin. Avec le personnel clinique, s’assurer de la présence et de la conformité des rapports d’évaluation-orientation, de RTS dans chaque situation et/ou des rapports de fermeture. Oriente le personnel clinique dans l’identification des besoins du client et le choix des stratégies d’intervention appropriées aux situations problématiques rencontrées. Appuie le personnel clinique par de la formation en stratégies d’intervention auprès de la clientèle. Participe à l’identification des besoins de formation du personnel en collaboration avec le gestionnaire en place. S’assure que ses employés maintiennent leurs suivis d’activités et leurs rapports à jour et ce pour chacun de leurs dossiers. Fait la révision des situations sous la responsabilité du personnel et apporte des commentaires et les ajustements requis. Devra offrir des services cliniques aux clients et à leur famille au besoin. Devra participer au développement du programme. Devra assumer des tâches administratives. We have access to the region and its communities by air travel and by boat.Youth Protection – “Evaluation and Orientation”KuujjuaqSTATUS : Permanent full-time positionIMMEDIATE SUPERIOR : Assistant to the Director of Youth ProtectionSTARTING DATE : As soon as possibleFUNCTIONS:A person who, under the authority of the Assistant to the Director of Youth Protection, makes regular clinical supervision of the youth protection staff. Holds meetings of clinical supervision: individual supervision and group supervision as needed. With clinical staff, will ensure the presence and compliance, of evaluation-orientation reports, of RTS reports in each situation and / or closure reports. Orients clinical staff in identifying customer needs and the choice of appropriate intervention strategies to problematic situations. Supports the clinical staff through training in intervention strategies with clients. Participates in the identification of training needs of staff in collaboration with the manager in place. Ensures that his employees maintain the monitored activities and reports to date, and that, for each of their cases. Overhauls situations under the responsibility of his staff and provides guidance and adjustments required. Will provide clinical services to clients and their families in need. Will participate in the development of the program.
