Relevant du gestionnaire, le candidat supervisera les opérations au quotidien du parc damusement en encadrant et conseillant les représentants du service à la clientèle du Parc, les opérateurs de manège et chef déquipe. Le superviseur est également responsable du maintien et de lamélioration de lexpérience client en assurant la formation et le respect des pratiques et des politiques établies.Responsabilités:Service à la clientèle

  • Accueillir les visiteurs et répondre à leur questions.
  • Augmenter la satisfaction du client par la construction et le maintien de solides relations à travers un suivi opportun sur les préoccupations des occupants.
  • Sassurer que tous les équipements fonctionnent avec une efficacité maximale en mettant en Å“uvre des procédures de fonctionnement claires et concises.
Comptabilité
  • Assurer la réalisation précise et en temps opportun de la réconciliation des ventes.
  • Coder toutes les factures aux comptes appropriés et soumettre pour approbation et traitement.
  • Superviser la préparation du rapport de dépôt bancaire.
Gestion des ressources humaines
  • Rapport direct de représentants du service clients
Parc dAmusement:
  • Gérer le person
We are currently looking for a Supervisor for Mega Parc at La Capital. Reporting to the Manager, the candidate will oversee the day to day operation of the Amusement Park by providing supervision and guidance to the Amusement Park Guest Services Representatives, Ride Operators and Team Leader. The Supervisor is also responsible for maintaining and improving the guest experience by ensuring efficient training and compliance with established practices and policies.Responsibilities:Customer Service
  • Greet visitors and answer queries.
  • Increase customer satisfaction by building and maintaining strong relationships with our visitors through timely follow-up on occupant concerns.
  • Ensure all equipment operates at maximum efficiency by implementing clear and concise operating procedures.
Accounting
  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of sales reconciliation.
  • Code all invoices to the appropriate accounts and submit for approval and processing.
  • Oversee the preparation of bank deposit report.
People Management – Direct Report of Amusement Park Guest Service Representatives
  • Manage staff within area of responsibility by fostering and maintaining positive labor relations, providing regular feedback and assisting with training needs.
  • Provide guidance and resources to develop staff to be empowered within their roles, the department and the organization.
  • In accordance with the Assistant Manager, responsible of hiring.
  • Responsible for performance review of all team members that reports directly.
Administrative support
  • Responsible for Amusement Park Guest Services Representative team, Ride Operators and Team Leader Pay Roll and tracking of vacation record.
Qualifications:
  • Completion of High School Diploma.
  • Enrolled in business or hospitality management course.
  • 3 to 5 years of industry or related experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English and French.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and achieve departmental goals under minimal supervision.
