Nous ne ménagerons aucun effort en vue de préserver et faire croître nos relations en anticipant les besoins, en étant honnêtes et attentionnés, et en considérant les membres de nos équipes comme de véritables partenaires de notre succès !En tant que membre de cette équipe, vous serez responsable de:Assurer le traitement des factures de fournisseurs et le suivi des bons de commandes;Assister les fournisseurs dans la création et la mise à jour de leurs dossiers;Participer au processus de fermeture de mois et d’années;Collaborer à la préparation des budgets et prévisions financières;Refacturer les dépenses intercompagnies;Assurer le suivi de la consommation énergétique des locataires;Facturer et collecter les locataires pour des services spécifiques;Préparer la réconciliation journalière des ventes du Méga Parc;Collaborer au besoin aux comptes recevables;Assister les membres de l’administration dans la préparation et l’envoi de correspondance;Assister à la saisie des informations dans JDE, incluant la configuration des locataires, baux, renouvellements et ajustements de loyer, conformément aux procédures internes;Autres tâches requisesExigences pour réussir dans ce rôle :Diplôme d’études collégiale en comptabilité ou équivalent;Avoir 2 à 3 ans dexpérience en comptabilité;Expérience dans le domaine immobilier un atout;Être capable d’accomplir plusieurs tâches simultanément de façon rigoureuse, dans un environnement dynamique;Bien maîtriser les chiffres et avoir le souci du détail;Bonnes compétences organisationnelles;Bonne communication tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit en français et niveau d’anglais avancé;Solides connaissances en informatique (Excel, Word);Connaissance du logiciel JDE un atoutAvantages sociaux :Salaire compétitif et programme de bonification annuel;3 semaines de vacances + 5 jours de congés personnels (Omers Day);Assurances collectives complètes payées par l’employeur;Régime de retraite avec participation de l’employeur;Et plus encoreAt Oxford, our culture is truly one of a kind. We will spare no effort to preserve and grow our relationships by anticipating needs, being honest and caring, and considering our team members as true partners in our success!As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:Processing supplier invoices and follow-up on purchase orders;Assisting suppliers in the creation and the update of their files;Participating in the month-end and year-end closing processes;Collaborating in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts;Recharging inter-company expenses;Monitoring tenants energy consumption;Invoicing and collecting tenants for specific services;Preparing the daily reconciliation of the Mega Parc’s sales;Collaborating in accounts receivable, if necessary;Assisting members of the administration in the preparation and the sending of correspondence;Assisting in the date entry in JDE, including the configuration of tenants, leases, renewals and rent adjustments, in accordance with internal procedures;Other required tasks.To succeed in this role, you have:A post-secondary diploma in accounting or equivalent;2 to 3 years of experience in accounting;An experience working in the real estate field (an asset);The ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a rigorous manner and in a dynamic environment;To be well versed in numbers and attention to detail;Good organizational skills;Good oral and written communication in French and advanced level of English;Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word);Knowledge of the JDE software (an asset).Benefits:Competitive salary and annual bonus program;3 weeks of vacation + 5 days of personal leave (OMERS Day);Comprehensive group insurance paid by the employer;Employer-sponsored pension plan;And more.Our story:Oxford Properties Group (“Oxford”) is a leading global real estate investor, asset manager and business builder.
