Overview:English version will followLe Centre de santé Tulattavik de L’Ungava est situé à Kuujjuaq. Il dispense l’ensemble des services de santé et services sociaux dans la partie est du Nunavik. Il dessert sept communautés Inuites avec autant de CLSC, un centre pour personnes âgées et un centre hospitalier à Kuujjuaq. Il emploie environ 1,000 employés : administrateurs, professionnels, médecins, dentistes, psychologues, infirmiers, travailleurs sociaux, personnel de soutien, employés occasionnels, etc.Les communautés du Nunavik sont situées au nord du 55e parallèle où prévaut un climat subarctique. Il entraîne l’existence d’un pergélisol et ne permet aucune agriculture. Le Nunavik est la plus grande région couvrant environ le tiers de la superficie globale du Québec. Aucune liaison routière n’existe entre les communautés du Nunavik et le Québec méridional, ni entre les communautés du Nunavik elles-mêmes. On a accès à cette région et à ses communautés que par avion et par bateau.Responsibilities:SERVICE : Service des réservations (Direction des serv. Administratifs)STATUT: Temps complet permanent (35 heures/semaine)DÉBUT DE LA FONCTION : Dès que possibleFONCTIONS:Personne qui, sous l’autorité du Chef du service aux patients, sera responsable de la gestion des transports aériens et de l’hébergement temporaire des visiteurs et employés. Elle assurera les suivis associés aux réservations incluant la bonne codification budgétaire et sera responsable de l’analyse de données et de la production de statistiques ainsi que du développement et de la mise en place de procédures administratives. Elle assurera les communications avec les fournisseurs, les demandeurs et les différents services et sera administrateur et personne ressource pour le système de réquisitions TMS.Qualifications:Détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales DEC en techniques administratives. En l’absence de candidature possédant le DEC, un candidat possédant un secondaire cinq ou une attestation d’études collégiales dans un domaine connexe (min 800 hrs) pourra être considéré à titre d’agent administratif classe un. Serving seven Inuit communities with an equal number of CLSC, a center for the elderly and the hospital in Kuujjuaq, it employs approximately 1,000 employees: administrators, professionals, doctors, dentists, psychologists, nurses, social workers, support staff, etc.Nunavik communities are located north of the 55th parallel where a subarctic climate prevails. It implies the existence of permafrost allowing no agriculture. Nunavik is the largest region covering about a third of the total area of Quebec. No road link exists between the communities of Nunavik and southern Quebec, and between Nunavik communities themselves. We have access to the region and its communities by air travel and by boat.SERVICE: Travel reservation service (Administrative Services)STATUS: Full-time positionSTARTING DATE: As soon as possibleFUNCTIONS:Individual who, under the authority of the Financial Services Coordinator, is responsible for the management of air travel and temporary lodging of visitors and employees. The person will ensure follow-ups related to reservations including the proper budgetary coding and will be responsible for data analysis, production of statistics and developing and establishing of administrative procedures. The person will ensure the communications with service providers, requestors and the different services and will also be administrator and resource person for the TMS requisition system.Requirements:College diploma (DEC) in administration. In the absence of a candidate with a DEC, a candidate with a Secondary 5 diploma or an attestation of collegial studies in a related field (min 800hrs) may be considered as a Class 1 Administrative Officer.
