Job Description

Position Title: Territory Sales AssociateLongueuilPosition Part-time: 24 hours/weekReporting to: District Sales SupervisorHershey Canada Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Hershey Company (NYSE: HSY) that manufactures, distributes and sells confectionery, snacks, refreshments and groceries in Canada. Its main brands include CHIPITS, TWIZZLER, GLOSETTE, JOLLY RANCHER, OH HENRY! and REESEHershey Canada is currently looking for a dynamic and energetic person ready to take on challenges to fill a permanent part-time position as Territory Sales Associate 24 hours /week Monday to Thursday (6 hours/day). Longueuil, Brossard, Candiac, Chambly and surroundingsThis opportunity will be particularly interesting for a person wishing to work part-time in the field of sales, in an established territory and wishing to benefit from an attractive compensation plan!Main responsibilities:

  • Marketing, sales and services for assigned customers
  • Having to meet sales and marketing targets
  • Ensure distribution of all Hershey products to assigned customers
  • Establish good working relationships with clients through regular visits
  • Compile data on an iPad
  • Administrative work is also required. This includes completing sales visit reports, submitting program follow-ups, maintaining detailed records, participating in regional meetings, and maintaining/maintaining a sufficient level of merchandising tools and products at home.
Skills, knowledge and training required:
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
  • Dynamic and energetic person who is results-oriented
  • Bilingualism, English, French considered an asset
  • Sales experience considered an asset
  • Disposition for sale and negotiation
  • Strong planning and time management skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Additional criteria :Possession of a valid drivers license and passport and a valid driving record.This offer is a permanent part-time position – 6 hours per day, Monday to Thursday for a total of 24 hours per week. The candidate must own a reliable car – The mileage is refunded. Storage space at home is required for merchandising tools.
