In addition, the WHAS will develop and implement customer-focused initiatives using an account planning approach to build Bayer’s leadership in Women’s Health. This will be achieved through a strong entrepreneurial focus in alignment with the marketing direction.Key tasks:Expand the OBGYN/GP audience and increase engagement in prescribing and inserting intrauterine contraception, support pain management for endometriosisAnalyze business environment to develop, then execute, territory and account specific business plansIdentify and build relationships with key stakeholders in the territory (OBGYNS, GPs, NPs, Specialists, and other HCPs)Map stakeholders within communities to identify decision makers and influencersDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholdersBuild strategic and territory specific account plans, incorporating input from sales trends and stakeholder needsCreate value with customers, partner with stakeholders to implement solutions that improve patient outcomesConduct learning events specific to the referral audience, to reduce insertion wait times and grow awareness of unintended pregnanciesStrategically invest and track corresponding resultsCollaborate & connect within Bayer, support cross-functional collaborationAdhere to all requirements and Code of Conduct as directed by IMC and Bayer policy guidelinesBuild trust and be inclusiveWHO YOU AREYour success will be driven by your demonstrations of our LIFE values. More specifically related to this position, Bayer seeks an incumbent who possess the following:Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business Administration2 to 5 years pharmaceutical or medical sales experience. Experience in Women’s Health an assetProven track record of key account management and project managementExcellent knowledge of the Quebec healthcare systemSuperior competencies in relationship building & networking; ability to influence stakeholdersStrong business acumen.
