Craftsman is all about quality, timely repairs with best in class customer service; we are looking for professional people to join our team and help us achieve our goals.THE ROLE:The Automotive Parts Coordinator position is located at our Quesnel location (1315 Jade Rd, Quesnel, BC). In order to gain industry experience, the Automotive Parts Coordinator will also have the opportunity to provide support to other departments throughout the body shop. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $45,000 - $55,000 per year.The Automotive Parts Coordinator is responsible for: • Researching applicable databases for vehicle components • Ordering parts on a just in time basis • Ensure clear communication with suppliers to ensure timely delivery • Receiving ordered parts • Returning incorrect or ill fitting parts • Mirror matching to ensure accuracy • Application of all insurance policies and procedures • Effective communication between all shop departments • Organization of the parts roomRequirementsTo be successful in this role the ideal candidate will have:• Multi-tasking abilities • Strong communication and customer service skills both verbal and in writing • Ability to prioritize time and work independently • Desire to work in a performance based environment • Applicants must have a valid driver’s license • Strong organizational skills • Very strong computer-based skill setBenefits
