This position participates in, develops and delivers on leadership projects and acts as the subject matter expert for financial and administrative knowledge for the district.   • A degree or diploma in business administration, financial management or public administration or the equivalent combination of related training and experience.
  • Several years (typically equivalent with 3 – 4 years) in a senior administrative position including experience in program management such as performance or budget management, administrative services, and facilities and technical services planning.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial management.
  • Demonstrated experience working productively and cooperatively with internal and external clients.
  • Several years’ (typically equivalent with a minimum of 3 years) current experience supervising more than 2 staff including developing and evaluating performance goals; coaching, team-building, and mentoring.
