AUL works with our clients in the Mining, Lumber, Pulp/Paper, Oil/Gas, Construction, Commercial, Industrial and Environmental sectors. We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Co-Ordinator (personnel/equipment) to work fulltime in our Quesnel, B.C. office. This position will work Monday -Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. There will be some job functions that need to be conducted outside office hours on occasion, to accommodate our clients needs. Job responsibilities are listed below:Maintain all employee and contractor s documentation.- Enter and or update all employee information and status.- Enter and or update all contractor information and status.- Enter all new hire information and share with AR and AP.- Ensure all training, certifications, testing, and WCB is current and employees/contractor are notified if renewals are needed in a timely manner.- Enter and maintain assets. Provide employees/contractors with detailed instructions such as meeting point at each job site, tooling list, site rules, Covid-19 protocols, and vehicle requirements.- Travel coordination for employees and/or contractors, this details arranging flights, vehicles, rooms, and luggage(shipping tool boxes).- Create and maintain manning lists for clients, AP, AR, PR, and project managers as needed. These lists are to be updated and sent out weekly to all departments.- Notify PR immediately if an employee or contractor has been dispatched or left a job site, this update must include travel information.- Provide clients with all of the employee or contractors safety documentation, drug and alcohol test results, operator tickets, and any other site specific documentation required by client.- Manage incoming resumes to AUL and conduct interviews.- Any other requests presented for dispatch, employee and contractor information, training courses, travel, and or certifications ect.- Weekly updated reports of manpower will be kept available upon request.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:
