Serving both USA and Canada's commercial wind farm industry, we are a dynamic and growing small business, with a highly motivated and uniquely group of skilled technical professionals and is currently seeking an Administrative Manager to join our team.As the successful candidate, you must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with high attention to detail in your work, strong organizational and time management skills allowing you the ability to multi-task and prioritize your workload. You will need to maintain flexibility as priorities change frequently. Two (2) years previous administrative work experience in an engineering or legal office and extensive knowledge with a range of computer programs including QBO and Odoo (or other ERP) preferred. An enthusiasm to learn specific industry related software programs we require is essential.The position is a 6mo term to start. For the right candidate, a longer term permanent position may be possible.Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience and education.
