In comparison to other utilities in Canada, QEC faces unique challenges as it operates 25 stand-alone diesel power generation facilities and distribution systems located in each of the territory’s communities.QEC 21-054 Collections Supervisor (Re-advertisement)Rankin Inlet (NUNAVUT)Based out of Rankin Inlet, Nunavut and reporting to the Manager, Billings and Collections, the Collections Supervisor is responsible for leading the collection process for general, overdue, and delinquent utility accounts across the territory. The position is also responsible for serving as an elevated authority in situations where customer inquiries require elevation from staff, such as in the case of serious billing disputes, developing of payment plans, collection of large residential, commercial, and government accounts, and when proceeding with appropriate course of action to address delinquent customers’ accounts as outlined in the QEC’s Terms of Service.Duties and Responsibilities:
