  • Set up and dismantle events indoors and outdoors.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and event services to maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure cleanliness of event areas pre, during, and post-events.
  • Perform janitorial duties including scrubbing floors and cleaning bathrooms
  • Work harmoniously with staff, suppliers, and volunteers.
  • Perform facility openings and closures as needed.
  • Maintain show requirements and perform minor maintenance tasks.
  • Operate machinery and equipment.
  • Inspect and report concerns about maintenance regularly.
  • Maintain sidewalks, parking lots, and event areas.

Here is what you bring:
  • Ability to work shift work including evening and weekends
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in janitorial work
  • Class 5 drivers license is an asset
  • 1 to 2 years prior related work experience in janitorial, event set up, labour, and equipment operation
  • Basic Computer skills with experience working with email and Microsoft applications
  • Specific requirements (skill to operate special equipment, frequency of travel, critical competency for successful performance etc.)
