Job Description

Bedrock Homes – Red Deer, ABBedrock Homes is proud to be a part of the Carrington Group of Companies and has grown over 48 years as a top, award-winning residential builder and developer in Edmonton and the surrounding area, Central Alberta, and Interior British Columbia.About the Position:Reporting to the Territory Manager, the Sales Associate is responsible for supporting and facilitating the new home sales process.Your Duties

  • Selling new homes
  • Prospecting
  • Assist with managing inventory, sales, and customer relations.
  • Ensure products from the sales center, show homes and predesigned inventory are professionally marketed and presented.
  • Research and analyze competitive information in the new home and resale market.
  • Build relationship with internal and external stakeholders to drive leads
Your Qualifications:
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in a direct sales experience; new home sales preferred.
  • Motivated, independent, and self driven.
  • Personable, outgoing, and energetic.
  • Must be based out of the Red Deer and surrounding area.
