The AP Help Desk is a customer support centre and first point of contact for all internal and external customers of accounts payable by phone and by email. We are a fast-paced team with a high volume of phone interactions and email intake. As an enthusiastic member of the team, you will provide helpful, timely, professional responses and support to our customers. Our primary customers are vendors, employees, and physicians. The team handles inquiries regarding invoices, payment status, as well as provide technical support on the finance applications and processes to all levels of employees. This a temporary full time position for up to a period of six (6) months.Description:As an Administrative Support IV, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.
