Your Opportunity:As a Coordinator I you will be responsible for managing and facilitating the financial and contract management processes for the planning and construction projects. In this position you will track, monitor, verify and document all financial aspects for the multiple projects within Alberta Health Services, Capital Management and ensure adherence to Alberta Health Services policies and procedures. To be successful in this role you will develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, support departments and the project team. As a Coordinator I, you will provide a variety of support to projects, project teams or program initiatives within AHS. You will also provide efficient and effective systematic administration, tracking and reporting of all assigned major and minor projects with a focus towards scope, cost and timeline control. You will ensure completion of projects and program initiatives within timelines and budgetary restrictions by tracking, monitoring, verifying and documenting project and initiative plans. Please note that this position can also be worked out of the Camrose Professional Centre.Description:As a Coordinator I, you will require specialized skills and knowledge to support complex projects, procedures, practices or initiatives within a department, program or business unit.
