Job Description

Go Dodge Red Deer is on the hunt for its next Parts Advisor for our expanding busy Go Auto dealership!Go Dodge is looking to add in support of our growing platform and are currently looking for an experienced, energetic, goal-oriented Parts Advisor for its expanding Parts department.You will be expected to perform in a fast-paced environment. Interacting with customers is what will get you out of bed in the morning, and your recommendations for parts will be the first thing you write in your diary every night. Okay, well, that might be a bit much.Responsibilities:

  • Assisting our team to provide our technicians with quotes and orders
  • Looking up parts on various online catalogs for a wide variety of vehicles
  • Sourcing and invoicing parts
  • Maintaining inventory accuracy
Requirements:
  • CDK software experience is an asset
  • Minimum 1 year parts experience
  • Must have a high attention to detail
  • Touch it, own it and high Say/Do ratio
  • Work well in a team environment, but also can work unsupervised
  • Self-starter
  • Punctual and strong attendance record
  • Looking for advancement with all the required training provided
  • Knowledge of automotive fundamentals is required.
  • Must be organized and able to multi-task in a fast paced and demanding environment
  • Able to provide excellent customer service.
