The Opportunity:WSP is currently seeking a BIM Modeler to join our dynamic Structural Modeling team, located at our office in Calgary. Reporting to the Structural BIM Lead, the successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment, requiring them to work on a high-profile project, modeling innovative design solutions from inception through to construction. • Develop completed building models and drawings using Revit software
• Assume full responsibility and ownership of assigned projects
• Coordinate WSP drawings with other project disciplines.
• Support established BIM standards and modeling best practices
• Create Revit families
• Run Dynamo scripts

Wed love to hear from you if you have...

• 5-8 years working experience in drawing production
• 3-4 years working experience using Revit for a large sized structural engineering firm.
• Experience in construction and / or consulting services
• Experience in retrofits or projects with existing structures.
• Minimum 5-8 years of BIM experience in a structural engineering environment
• Knowledgeable in Revit families, view template creation,
• Strong awareness of interoperability of BIM modeling and design tools
• An understanding of Dynamo scripting and are comfortable running them
