Job Description

At Plan A, we look to provide exceptional care to the residents in long-term care facilities that we support. We pride ourselves on the care that we provide, and the reliable and dependable staff that we onboard.Through Plan A, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills at a number of facilities that we support, should you choose. We will look to match you to our facility that best suits your needs, and provide you with a number of training opportunities. Our system works through an app that you can download to your phone, where you can see all of the available shifts, and book yourself into the schedule that suits you best!We are looking for people who are open to work in the following areas:Red Deer and surrounding area, Rocky Mountain House, Calgary, Lethbridge, Vulcan, Didsbury. Candidates must be willing to travel to a number of options (for example, Red Deer & area plus Rocky Mountain House etc). Mileage, accommodations and meal allowances are provided for long distance travel!Why work for Plan A:

Qualifications and Skills
  • Completion of a recognized HCA program and valid HCA registration number (required)
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Hardworking, compassionate, positive, solution-oriented, professional, and flexible
  • LTC experience is considered an asset
  • Must be willing to travel up to and including 4 hour drive time.
**ALL NECESSARY PPE WILL BE PROVIDED ON SITE**The specific responsibilities and duties vary slightly between facilities, as well as from shift to shift. These expectations will be communicated during the site-specific orientation to each facility.Salary: $22.00/hrSchedule:
