Connecting Care’s focus is to provide the best service and leadership to our stakeholders.We want you to join our team!We are currently searching for certified Health Care Aides (HCA) to join our employee care partner team. Health Care Aides are a critically important role in the daily life of the Community and they must focus on embracing the Eden Philosophy. As the HCA you will provide hospitality, personal care, and daily living services and will be responsible for ensuring that residents needs are met in accordance with their preferences.Do you meet the following requirements

  • Grade 12 Diploma or recognized equivalent
  • HCA Certified with and active registration in the provincial HCA Directory is required
  • Commitment to a Person-Centered approach
  • Flexibility and a willingness to modify services for the overall good of the Community and the Residents.
  • Demonstrates an awareness of accident and injury prevention; adheres to safe work practices and procedures.
· An ability to move freely about, lift or push up to 50 lbs., stoop, kneel, and reach.· A satisfactory criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector CheckEmployment is conditional upon providing satisfactory proof that a candidate is fully immunized against COVID-19. This condition is subject to any legal obligations the Employer may have to accommodate to the point of undue hardship under the Alberta Human Rights Act, recognizing that the health and safety of other employee care partners and residents will be a priority.We offer:
