Job Description

Job descriptionConfined Space Monitor Attendant/Fire Watch for shutdown work.

  • Perform on-site safety watch, confined space entry watch and atmospheric testing, spark/fire watch, and gas detection.
  • Provide support to ensure that all on-site personnel work in a safe manner and comply with company/ customer and regulatory/legislative requirements for Occupational Health & Safety.
  • Follow rules, policies and procedures as per the client’s health and safety program.
  • Intervene in unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and take appropriate action to influence safe behaviors and to create a safe working environment.
Applicants must have previous experience and hold current certifications for:ESC Fire WatchESC Confined Space & MonitorGas Detection (Theory & Practical)CSTSDrug and alcohol testing is required for all applicants. Own transportation required.All applicants must be able to work a 18 straight days, shifts are are between 10-12 hours. Night and day shift are available and required. Workers must be fluent in English.Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contractContract length: 18 daysSalary: $21.00-$25.00 per hourBenefits:
