You will conduct audits, assess risk, and implement compliance programs to mitigate legal and regulatory risks.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related issues.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance issues and complaints.
  • Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and update compliance programs accordingly.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in law, business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and risk management practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and training abilities.
