Job Description

81 Processing Corpis looking to hire an Administrative Assistant who will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced office environment.This position is best suited to a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who possess a self-motivated attitude and who enjoys working independently as well as part of a team.Responsibilities

  • Supports day-to-day operations by performing administrative tasks for the CEO/Project Manager.
  • Maintain project documentation.
  • Schedules and reschedules project timelines, organizational resources, activities, deliverables and milestones.
  • Develops and maintains customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Ensures appropriate document control through filing, composing, editing, and combining correspondence, documents, reports, meeting minutes. etc.
  • Orders office supplies, as requested.
Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in a project coordinator/administrative role or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
  • Ability to act with discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to effectively handle difficult situations and remaining calm under pressure.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to create, edit, proofread, and format documents/presentations.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Office 365, and Asana.
  • Associates or bachelor’s degree, diploma or certificate in office administration program considered an asset.
Job Type: Part-timePart-time hours: 20 per weekSalary: $15.00-$20.00 per hourSchedule:
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
