Administrator, Legal Affairs Unit - ADM021358Employment Type: Permanent Full-timeLocation(s): SK-Rgna-ReginaMinistry: 020 Labour Relations and Workplace SafetySalary Range: $22.323-$27.975 HourlyGrade: SGEU.05.The Occupational Health and Safety Branch, Ministry of Labour Relations and Workplace Safety, in Regina is looking for an Administrator to support the activities of Legal Affairs Branch. This position assists in all functions performed by this Branch ranging from intake of complaints concerning harassment and discriminatory action, compiling prosecution packages for submission to the Ministry of Justice and acting as Registrar of OHS appeals.The candidate of choice will have superior teamwork, organizational and communication abilities. The successful candidate will be well versed in government protocols, policies and administrative procedures and have the ability to quickly and accurately prepare a variety of documents and correspondence. Further, the successful candidate will be able to independently organize, prioritize and complete multiple tasks while dealing with frequent interruptions and tight deadlines. The successful candidate will have experience in regulatory enforcement, and significant knowledge and experience pertaining workplace occupational health and safety requirements.Typically, the competencies required in this position would be obtained through a Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety combined with experience in the administrative responsibilities and duties of a registrar.We are committed to workplace diversity.Hours of Work: A - SGEU Office 36 - one day off every two weeksNumber of Openings: 1Closing Date: Dec 16, 2022, 11:59:00 PMQuick Apply
