Business integration reflects how IT is being absorbed as a function of business.The position will typically maintain direct business relationships with customers. As such it is consultative in nature and typically leverages business analysis and/or project management skills.• It is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of specific project products or services.• The position participates in business analysis sessions with customers and understands customer requirements, executes programs to meet specifications and assumes ownership of customer satisfaction.• This position undertakes some or all aspects of more complex projects and applications and produces high quality deliverables without direct assistance or supervision.• The position is often called upon to finalize plans and schedules for all sizes of systems implementation projects and create recommendations of action on problem areas.• Anything of substantial importance can be referred to the supervisor; however, normally, assigned projects are reviewed upon completion.Responsibilities:An Application Analyst (Salesforce Integration Analyst) will enhance/maintain business relationships with customers, typically by:

• Application of sound business methodologies, business process re-engineering, and business issues analysis and related tools
• Lead business and technical requirement gathering
• Data gathering, analysis and reporting using various tools and methods
• Facilitation of requirement gathering and problem-solving sessions
• Analyzing requirements, designing, testing and implementing programs from specifications.
• Developing systems design, directing systems implementation and developing methods and procedures.
• Assisting in the training of customers or ISM staff on the use of computer systems or related topics.
• Assist with preparation & delivery of presentations related to current & future ISM services and processes
• Create and maintain documentation for all projects, processes, products, and solutions utilizing established templates and processes
• Filling gaps within customer or project teams leveraging their experience and qualifications as required beyond a defined scope or expectation.
• Participating in potentially difficult conversations with customers on issues with their related projects, team, or deliverables.

Qualifications:

• University Degree, or diploma from a two-year program in Computer Science/Data processing, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training, plus 5-7 years knowledge of systems concepts.
• Good knowledge of computer fundamentals including computer environments and operating systems; compile and execution functions; data structures, formats, and storage media; and program languages.
• Demonstrated knowledge of applications software engineering methodology.
• Good knowledge of structured analysis, design and programming techniques and demonstrated ability to follow structured design and analyst disciplines.
• Good organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to set and achieve more than one concurrent objective reliably.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability and initiative to learn and use new techniques, products, and systems.
• Ability to work productively and demonstrate leadership in a team environment.
• Good interpersonal skills including a mature and professional attitude demonstrated to clients and employees.
• Skills and abilities acceptable to the client.

Key Skills & Abilities:

• Minimum 5 years experience preferably in Business Analysis.
• Minimum 2 years of project experience delivering services or applications.
• Business Analyst certification (CCBA/CBAP)
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Certified Salesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud Consultant.
• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of applications software engineering tools and techniques, and structure analysis, design, and programming techniques
• Very good organizational and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to set and achieve more than one concurrent objective reliably
• ITIL (would be considered an asset)
• Experience with unit testing, utilizing Jest, Karma, Mocha, or related ability.
• 2 plus years of experience working in an Agile environment/projects.
• Demonstrated capacity for increasing responsibility and accountability
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills
