ASL Paving Ltd. won its initial Best Managed award in 2017 and has successfully retained its status, becoming a Gold Standard winner in 2020.Our REGINA office is currently seeking applications for a Paving Crew team members for the upcoming 2023 construction season. All positions considered; Paver operator, screed operator, labourers, vibratory/pneumatic roller operators, oil distributor, skid steer operator.Responsibilities:-Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment. Safely operate a variety of tools & equipment upon competency-Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks-Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic-Able to work independently or as an active member of a team, good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.-Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.-Ability to adhere to company policies and safety practices-Have knowledge of paving practices and procedures and overall construction practices-Proficient and competent in heavy construction equipmentRequired Qualifications:-Valid driver’s licence-Punctual and Reliable-ability to work in an outdoor environment-work overtime & weekends as requiredBenefits:-Industry Competitive wages-Health care spending account-Pension eligibility-Profit Sharing-Life/ Disability Insurance-Boot allowanceAs part of our dedicated focus on the health and safety of all employees, a pre-employment drug and alcohol test will be required.Job Types: Full-time, SeasonalContract length: 7 monthsSalary: From $20.00 per hourBenefits:
