Job Description

Maskunow Construction was established in 2022 and is expanding into the highway paving industry in 2023. We are looking for all asphalt plant and paving crew personnel for the upcoming season.Available positions:

  • Road Construction Superintendent
  • Asphalt Plant Operator (Foreman)
  • Loader Operator
  • Grounds person
  • Paving Crew Foreman
  • Screed Operator
  • Paver Operator
  • Oil Distributor Truck Driver (3A or 1A)
  • Roller Operators
  • Traffic Accommodation Supervisor
  • Flag people
  • Labourers
Required qualifications for all positions:
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • History of safe operation of tools and equipment
  • Solid Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting and handling procedures
  • Pre-employment substance testing will be required
Experience is preferable, but not considered necessary, depending on position. Travel throughout Saskatchewan is required during the summer road construction season. The typical daily work period is 12 - 14 hours, and overtime is paid after 40 hours per week. Shifts are usually 10 days on and 4 days off, and all long weekends are off. Accommodation and LOA for meals is provided. An allowance is paid if the employee provides their own accommodation.The company offers a strong compensation package including an industry leading benefits package including health and dental coverage.We are looking for ambitious people that want to be part of a new venture.Job Types: Full-time, SeasonalSalary: $17.00-$40.00 per hourSchedule:
