We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and cutting-edge technology and equipment to residential homeowners and our commercial and industrial customers.POSITION: HVAC - Commercial B2B Maintenance Sales PAY: $60,000 - $80,000 Base Salary + uncapped commissionsOn-Target Earnings: $110,000 - $150,000 + Top performers exceed $150,000WORK HOURS: Full-Time, Monday through FridayLOCATION: Regina, SKWHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
  • Identify, approach, and secure new clients for maintenance contracts
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, facilities managers, and other key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with prospects to understand their unique needs and provide the program and solutions that best align with their business goals
  • Networking and developing relationships in the community
  • Offer plans that align with the client #39;s specific HVAC or mechanical system needs.
  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets while maintaining profitability
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer demands to refine sales strategies
