It’s the best place to work and to do business and we’re looking for you!Our Collision Centre is currently hiring for a Body Shop Advisor to join their team!What youll be doing:

  • Preparing SGI assignments - contact and booking customers and prepare estimate and explain the process with them
  • Work with Technicians and estimators to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Assist customers and inform them on their repair options, as well as delivery timing and changes
  • Writing repair orders and descriptions of customer concerns through asking open ended questions
  • Build customer relationships through providing a customer experience that exceeds expectations
What were looking for:
  • Knowledge of the collision repair process
  • Team player who is goal oriented
  • Strong customer service skills with clear communication (phone/writing/conversation)
  • Mitchell estimating knowledge is required.
  • Knowledge of SGI Processes and systems
  • Good customer service skills with clear communication in writing, phone and conversation
  • Strong memory and organizational skills will be a definite asset to this role
