Job Description

Role: Business Analyst M365 Location: Hybrid, in Regina, SK. Contract details: 6 months to start, with possible extension options--We have a great new opportunity to support one of our Public Sector clients in a contract capacity!Please see below for more information on the position and if interested apply with an updated resume aligned to the needs of the role.--General Overview:

  • Manage the configuration and lifecycle of key Microsoft 365 applications. Develop and maintain governance policies for Microsoft 365.
  • Develop and recommend Microsoft Teams custom policies, channel structures, and permission settings.
  • Develop conditional access policy user story, user case creation, testing scenarios and results feedback.
  • Support business operations and user adoption across a hybrid IP telephony environment using tools like SmartTAP, Cisco Jabber, Cisco Contact Centre, and room devices from Cisco, Lenovo, and Logitech.
  • Provide business support and analysis for IP telephony systems in power plant environments, ensuring high availability and compliance with safety-critical communication protocols.
  • Contribute to the design and oversight of call group configurations and emergency call routing, aligned with operational control room requirements and plant safety procedures.
  • Work cross-functionally to troubleshoot and optimize IP phone configurations across large-scale industrial environments, balancing performance, user needs, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendor teams to configure and maintain Cisco Contact Centre solutions, including call routing logic, agent skill groups, and queue management.
  • Participate in vendor evaluation and rollout of SmartTAP recording solutions, ensuring compliance with enterprise call recording policies and regulatory standards.
  • Serve as liaison between technical teams and business users for M365 feature enablement.
