Job Description

Location: Regina/Saskatoon, SK.Start Date: Oct 10, 2022.Duration: Three (3) months initial contract. 30-40 Hrs weekly.Project / Position Summary: We are seeking Sixty (45) Customer Services Support Analyst, HR/Call Center/Scheduling to support the delivery of services for Administrative Information Management System (AIMS) Project (a large-scale ERP implementation project) including data entry, answering staff inquires, supporting staff with the use of online scheduling, call center support, and creating/sending broadcasts.Constraints and Special Considerations: · 30-40 hours a week· 5 Days a week October 10 to Oct 21 (0800-1630) =45 people a day· 7 Days a week Oct 23to Dec 23 / 2 shifts ( 0700-1530 / 1300-2130, subject to change) = since this is shift work, we would be looking at 20-25 people a day, but still a total 45 FTE needed for the duration of the contract· Approx. 10-20 of the 45 will be required to travel. Or some individuals will be asked to make multiple trips. These 10-20 must have their own vehicle. Possible travel locations.· Possible travel locations: Saskatoon/Humboldt/Regina/Wigmore/Kindersley/Tisdale/ Swift Current/North Battleford /Weyburn/Prince Albert/Yorkton· Travel costs will be reimbursed by the project· A maximum of 2 pages for each candidates CV, please also send full resume for other upcoming opportunities

  • Candidates will be required to have their own laptop and cell phone.
  • Able to sign supplemental confidentiality agreements and/or personal information privacy agreements prior to accessing such on-site facilities.
Responsibilities / Deliverables: The Customer Services Support Analyst responsibilities/deliverables may include, but may not be limited to:
  • Data Entry of employee and scheduling information (i.e. Skills, leaves, schedules, etc.)
  • Answering staff inquires via inbound calls, onsite, or case management (ServiceNow)
  • Supporting staff with the use of online scheduling
  • Call center support - employee level
  • Creating/sending broadcasts and entering availability forms
  • Guideline entry, manual entry of exceptions, and/or manual entry of open shifts
  • Initiating/managing historical edits and Schedule edits
  • Support with time clock roll out including training for front line staff and managers
  • Update excel conversion file prior to conversion time to update. (Tuesday morning)
  • Payroll information entry into Oracle
  • Manually create Return to Work, Accommodation information into Oracle and other Data Entry
  • Support of job postings within Oracle - which may include accessing legacy systems
  • Advanced data entry skills and ServiceNow experience preferred
Experience / Skills Requirements: The Customer Services Support Analystshould have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
  • University graduate or university in progress preferred.
  • 2- 5 plus years of experience in related roles.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Proven time management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Advanced data entry skills.8. ServiceNow experience preferred.9. Experience/ability to provide service in call center support .10. Oracle experience (general/HCM) preferred11. iHRIS or Gateway experience preferred
