We sell our capabilities and expertise in cylinder engineering, custom design, and manufacturing. Our customers extend across North America and include a diverse sector of clients in industries such as material handling, oil and gas, construction, forestry, industrial equipment, transportation, agriculture, and mining.The role of the General Manager is to bring hands-on leadership to grow our business through aggressive sales and market development while leveraging engineering solutions and efficient manufacturing operations. Transitioning from our retiring General Manager, you will take over relationships with the Executive and Management team to increase sales and profitability on a sustained, long-term basis to meet Company’s business and financial plans each year.Preference will be given to candidates who possess post-secondary education in commerce, engineering, or marketing with at least 10 years of related hands-on experience in a growth-oriented manufacturing environment in a management capacity. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. In this dynamic and competitive industry, it is imperative that the General Manager possesses strong leadership, organizational and human resource competencies.
