Qualified applicants will be required to teach anatomy courses to post-secondary learners enrolled in health programs.2. Facilitate the development, implementation, revision, and maintenance of Anatomy curriculum under the direction of the Program Head.3. Manage his/her classroom/lab/activities to ensure an optimum learning environment for students.4. Manage face-to-face, blended, and online courses to ensure an optimum learning environment for learners.5. Follow any academic regulations and/or policies adopted by Sask Polytech and/or Regina Campus.6. Accommodate students with special learning needs.7. Pursue professional development opportunities to keep current with industry and educational requirements.8. Practice good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.9. Work cooperatively with program heads and colleagues in an interdependent “team” environment.10. Prepare and use appropriate delivery methods for instructing courses as assigned.11. Use appropriate methods of evaluating and recording student progress.12. Make necessary curriculum adjustments to course content.13. Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Anatomy & Physiology and a Master’s Degree in a related field.2. Two years recent/relevant successful post-secondary teaching experience in applying the theories, practices and principles of adult education in the classroom/laboratory setting.3. Ability to function as part of a team member.4. Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.5. Effective communication skills (written and oral).6. Effective interpersonal skills.7.
